Evening,
I wondered if any of you good fellows had any rough time per kg for pork shoulder or brisket?
I know well that there is no exact science to this and 'it's done when it's done' , but the purpose of this is for a BBQ app I am making. One of the most difficult parts of the cook for me is planning backwards when to start, including the little bits I forget such as time to light a chimney, let the smoker warm up etc, so I am writing an app that helps plan this as well as plot stages and actions.
