Rainy day yesterday but both BBQs on. Low and slow ribs a trial cooked five hours and glazed near the end using ready made Jack Daniels Glaze thinned with some cider vinegar. Really pleased with outcome but surprised how much charcoal was used -probably due to cheap briquettes. Need to go through this bag then get some Heat Beads from Toby. Sadly three ribs went in the bin although they were great too full after the leg of lamb shown here.
saw a recipe posted on here - sorry forgot who posted it- linked to a BBC recipe and bought a lamb leg yesterday deboned it myself easy really. My dogs loved me as they has the bone and then on the BBQ medium high and into pittas
A really good day despite the weather.
I am new to this so suggestions what to try next please?????
