Well I'd cringe at the use of the term 'curry goat' rather than 'curried goat'! Besides the dishes I have made previously have been more along the lines of a goat vindaloo than anything Caribbean. As for this lump of goat? Failure. It's still tough as old boots, chock full of sinew and bits of cartilage.... At least the pulled pork turned out okay! :D
