Found these in a meat supermarket, 7 ribs for 7 quid, not bad. yours look lush, hope mine turn out as good.

First Attempt At Beef Ribs

Trying beef ribs for the first time in a fec120 today, the largest rib weighs 1lb 2oz. Turkey crown has just come off the smoker, brined for 48 hours, FTC till later to have with the ribs. Heres a pic of the ribs (hope this works). Didn't get a before pic of the turkey but, I'll post both cooked ...

Just ordered a FEC120 from a nice bloke at the american bbq company. Just wandering if any of you smokers out there have had any experience with one? I've got the bug real bad, so planning on doing weekend markets in the north east. Spray painter by trade, but you dont see a lot of old sprayers ...
