First Beer Can Chicken Advice
Hi, am attempting bcc in my modded ecb tomorrow. Was wondering if not to use the water pan and then use an indirect grilling method, how far from the heat source to put the chicken, place the beer can in a foil dish on the grate? Also what cooking temp am I to achieve??? Sorry but im a bit of a ...

Those fatties look delicious!! I've found a recipie for a maple smoked fatty with hash browns and scrambled eggs in! I feel my arteries hardening already........

Right then, I've done the first round of mods to my new ecb, turning legs around, drilling hole in charcoal pan and standing on concrete blocks, still waiting on the better temperature gauge but can't wait any longer! Curing the ecb as we speak, just wondering what would be the best thing to smoke ...
