Just scrolled down and saw there are a few clangers here....Evans butcher's is my local as I'm Wootton but have done Carrington and stagsden aswell. Are there any good local cocoshell stockists around as I'm returning to outdoor cooking after a 5 year hiatus and have heard my vertical smoker will love them!

Evan's are getting pretty good with American cuts of meat - they've cut me Boston Butt, Ribs, Beef Ribs, and a nice piece of pork which i dry cured as someone's receipt on here.

I'm only up the hill in Cranfield !!
