First cook

Postby scuba-doo » 25 Jun 2014, 06:06

Well i finally finished my UDS build and christened it at the weekend with a Fattie and some chicken thighs, nothing too expensive just in case. was a little overcooked so am now looking at getting the Maverick 733 to help with that issue. The trouble is, i enjoyed the build so much that i want to make an offset smoker now so will probably be asking lots of questions again.

I love the look of the personalisation you can do with the kits for UDS. I too have a 733 and love it. I'm sure the alarms have saved me a few times on overnight cooks.
