Was in their butchers yesterday, use these guys all the time, Got my Flanken cut short ribs from them, boston Butt ,lamb shanksand babybacks. Superb.
Meat is top quality and I'm guessing that is what you pay for.

Nicest quality I have had.

I agree. Ive never found better quality elsewhere. But yeah they're not the cheapest. Their mince though is quite competitive. I usually bulk buy to cover the postage.

I use these guys occasionally as the shop is on my cycle home. All the bits of beef I've had from them have been amazing, they're not cheap but everything is rare-breed and very well aged. My Christmas forerib was a shrivelled up black thing (like this but worse/better) but the smell and taste were unlike anything I've eaten outside of a restaurant before. Maybe it's a London thing but I reckon the cheap tray (ie bought in bulk already butchered) butchers near me, and I live in a cheap area, would charge at least £5/kg for brisket, and the stuff from T&G will be incomparable.

Their chicken legs are great too. £4 for a pack of 4 legs that comes in weighing about around kg. I like to get them boned, which they give you in the packaging so I can use for ramen stock.

For the grill I love there skirt/bavette too. Works great in a tagliata style and is well suited to be sliced thinly prior to serving.

They phoned tonight they forgot to put the Brisket in my order, I'm not very happy. Got 10 people coming around on saturday, so going to try and buy one locally tomorrow.

So Brisket was sent in packaging, but found out once I had bought another brisket from local butcher. So I have asked for a partial refund, but they are offering 10% off my next order.
