Looks like you are going to have a pork rich diet for a few days! How are you cooking this little piggy?

That's more akin to a hog roast!!!
McSlims cooked their suckling pig yesterday and very nice it was too. I'll post pics when I get back home.
Save some for us though Del PLEASE ;)

I am afraid I couldn't cook it whole, couldn't even get it onto a spit at 18Kg/40lb.
So had to cut it in half and put it on the Genesis. The beer can chicken and smoked beans went on the WSM, ABTs, moinks and goinks (turkey version of the moink) went on the OTP and the spice chicken wings went on the Smoky Joe.
All served with a creamy coleslaw, salad and home made sauces.

The cheek and jowl was delicious and the tongue was nice, but a bit chewy. All in all not a bad first attempt.

Sorry Keith, Annette. ALL GONE. Maybe next time.
