On the tails of Tobys magnificent win, i've been looking around to see how to do a whole-hog. Not that I want to do one any time soon - but it interests me. The cajun Microwave seems an interesting way to go.

Toby - I would be interested to hear how you pulled yours off - timings, did you inject, rub, turn, etc etc.

Hi Aris
My CM cooks really well, but lacks that smokey taste to the meat that I love.
Why not build a block pit smoker.
