Postby BadBoyzofBBQ » 15 May 2014, 13:47

Hi
Anyone know a good supplier to get flanken cut short ribs. Need to be around quarter of an inch thick, this is for a More on dish called. Kalbi

Thanks

Pretty sure quintessential meats would do for you. Based in Warfield though so depend how far out you are. There beef is incredibly tender though not the single most flavourful.

They're just jabcobs ladders cut thin cross ways, so your butcher would need to have a bandsaw to do it properly, as it might be a bit hard for them to do it with a normal bone saw
