Welcome - got a budget in mind and an idea of what you want to cook (and what quantity/for how many)?

Well there's six of us in the family, think £150-200 or cheaper cos not sure how much going to use it. When I went America the meat was smoked & just tasted much better.

Hi
Do you want to build a smoker or buy one?
What was the smoker like on CDWM?
I am interested because I once cooked on CDWM using a smoker.
Cheers
Si

Buy 1 if possible. Was like a pyramid shape stainless steel glass front, got about 4 lamb shanks in hanging. Was that you? Just want something to try & start me off the wife won't let me spend that much. Ha.

for that budget your looking at the ProQ Frontier, or stretch your budget and get a Weber Smokey Mountain 47cm
Weber do a 37cm but its tiny
