Looks good Chris, and pleased to hear it's still standing. I want mine to be about 4-6 times bigger covered area, because I want to be able to sit out next to the smoker, I also want to be able to fit a sturdy table in there to prep meat on.

Unfortunately, because of the orientation of our garden, if I were to go down the route of only fixing to the wall, I fear it may blow down in the wind.

Nice set up Chris. I see they have 25% off sale on log stores at the mo. Yours is currently £110.

I've been looking around and have found this http://www.buyshedsdirect.co.uk/garden-sheds/sheds-by-size/6-x-4-sheds/6x4-pure-sheds-overlap-pressure-treated-inc-lean-to-wooden-shed

I'm thinking maybe remove the side wall or half of it, stick a chimney in the roof or something like that to stop smoking out the shed. Seems a reasonable price and it'll keep you dry!

Looks really nice Stu.

Finished mine last week as well (See pic below). I got a new 8x6 shed for down near the house and put the old one up at the bottom of the garden. A few nails, new felt and a lick of paint, and she's as good as new.

I have some flexible aluminum ducting that goes from the chimney and hangs up outside the door when cooking. Had a cook over the weekend in the rain and it works a treat. Very pleased with it.

I'd definitely get a carbon monoxide detector if I was staying in there for ages, but I only go in every hour or so to spritz the meat.

There's hardly any smoke in the shed TBH as the lid is sealed and very little smoke escapes from the grill. It all goes out the chimney. The doors are always open and I added vent holes around the high roof line.

There is a 'burn in' and 'burn out' stage with the GMG grills which lasts about 2-3 minutes where there is some 'white' smoke, but for the cooking time it's that nice blue smoke haze which you can hardly see.
