Couldn't wait any longer , had to fire her up today and season my smoker , smothered the inside with cooking oil a couple off chimneys of charcoal and a few lumps of well seasoned oak logs ,
Good man! A little rain isnt too bad for a cook anyway, wind is the real enemy. You can cook on your seasoning run, get some ribs on there or something!
finally got round to giving my smoker a run out , so i did a few simple things to get the feel of it , althought i still have no temp gauge , so did a few chickens and some pork belly
