I take the tips off, store them in the freezer till I have a pan full and make fresh chicken stock. There you go a tip-top tip tip ;)

didnt need to grill em, they turned out super crispy :)

i think i prefer bbq sauce on em though than something like franks, my quest for the ultimate wing continues

Hi

Ive done these just to try out some spices in a the flour, they turned out really crispy and no deep frying.

Hope the link works otherwise just search fried chicken wings in youtube and its "cooking with Laura"

Asda do a couple of packets of chicken rubs, I used the Deep South Brown Sugar one, its quite good.

This is total oven cooking but have used the packet rub when smoking chicken wings aswell.

i bought a few packs of that cos it was reduced to 50p so i presumed they were clearing it, not tried it yet though

I do use baking powder it my season flour mix but I also deep fry mine (in a healthy oil) ;)
