This weekend: Friday will be pizzas. Sunday will be ribs. Will be the first time this year I've cooked ribs. Did them to death last year to the point that I got bored of them (despite trying all sorts of different rubs and sauces). But I think I've got my hunger for ribs back so will be firing up the WSM on Sunday. Have considered cooking them on the rotisserie but for this first run out think I will stick with the smoker
