Just got a new toy to play with!!
Full on Catering trailer with double griddle trays,4 gas burner, burco, fridge, microwave,and small bain marie setup.

No, but add to the equation,3 UDS full of BBQ already cooked, foil wrapped and resting, 3 UDS to light up and put outside to cook links, chicken etc, and use as cambros.
Not backyard, but where do you start a catering outfit.
