Hi all,
Thought I better say hit before I start asking for everyone's advice. I am 26 and from Norfolk. Interested in cooking and bbq but looking to get more involved with outdoor cooking, specifically hot smoking. I am planning to build a smoker and will post in the relevant area. I currently cook on a smokey joe.
And intro before I ask for advice!
