Field To Fork

Cooking for a friends 40th next weekend. It's a rural community and they are sheep farmers. So today we collect the lamb that was "volunteered" as the party animal. I've had the pleasure of watching this animal grow in the field across the road from us and knowing that our food miles are pretty low. Will also being doing a whole load of pulled pork.

Sounds like everyone is going to have a ball, It's great to have a product like that. I'm sure you won't have any problems.
