We did a tour of the factory last year and it's a cracking place. It's built around people which I liked, there were real live human beings doing many parts of the production and they all seemed to have a lot of pride in what they were doing.
Of course Peter is a very nice chap, as is his son Jason, and to be honest I've dealt with various other people at ETI and they've all been helpful and courteous. There's a very good vibe around the company and they also do as much business with local suppliers as possible, something else I liked, there were parts coming in from local companies where I'd have expected them to be shipped in from China.
Very glad to see a British company being run this way, performing well and receiving very justified rewards like this.
Well done ETI.
