I am from Grantham in Lincolnshire, very close to Leicester. What smoker do you have? are you looking to compete or just have some fun?

I have a Pro Q excel smoker. Bought it at the last competition at the Mayhem in May competition. I am part of team Miss Piggys. It's my friend and his wifes team, named after their hog roast business. At the minute, I'm more the gopher (go for this, go for that lol). Am very new at this type of bbqing. So have a long way to go. What about you? You been doing this long or new to it etc?

Very new too, but have done a fair amount of reading, watching, cooking so am keen to give it a shot - nothing to loose and maybe I will meet some cool like minded people.
