Just sitting drinking my third beer watching staurday kitchen on BBC I Player from yesterday's programme. Rick Stein started to cook on an BBQ and I thought here we go , but no he stopped grilling and then went on to cook indirect . Get in thier , and what a lovely piece of meat it was. Got to try soon. Highly reccomended

Got a lot of time for Rick Stein, he seems to be truly passionate about food and he cooks some killer dishes on tv. Obviously I mean good and not poisonous before anyone chimes in
