Well it's pi****g down here in the north west, and All i can say Is thank god for the retractable awning! Butt is primed, chimney starter on the go, then off to bed and let the proq do the rest.

Get yourself over to the inventors corner forum and look up my instructions for the homemade pit controller. Fifty notes in parts and you can literally set it and forget it :D

I am yet to try my iQue, but how long would you expect a pit controlled cook to hold temp for on a minion loaded Pro Q before a reload?
