Belated birthday greetings old bean. I'm sure the offset guru's will answer your question a lot better than I can, however chicken and ribs are always a good place to start. Keep the smoke content low and build it up gradually. Must have been one heck of a present to wrap

I would just like to know your opinion on this smoker as i have been looking at this one but was just not shore of the quality. Would you say that it was a good size and also is it sturdy enough? By the way though if i got this as a birthday present I would not be complaining.
