Hey everyone,
I’ve just discovered American BBQ on a recent trip to the US and was amazed at how good it was. Since I’ve returned I have been determined to recreate the food for people to enjoy here. I am in the process of getting a smoker and have been reading everything I can on the internet. I would be very grateful for any advice?

Welcome to the forum, if you are buying your first grill/smoker then I would opt for a Weber One Touch 57cm this will allow you to both smoke and grill, once the bugs bitten you then look at getting yourself a Smokey Mountain or ProQ depending on the budget
