Hi folks,
Have recently been to the US a few times and got my first tastes of "pullled pork". Have spent quite a few evenings reading up about it, and have really gotten the bug for smoking some. Hence the reason for joining. I have learned a lot from reading the posts in this forum. Glad to join.
PS. The name is what I say a lot to my wife and is the reason I have stayed married so long!
