Well, I say it's morning when it's afternoon but when you're trying to cook something for four or five hours time seems to blend together, doesn't it?
I'm Wayne, and like many people in the UK I've been cremating food on a cheap £20 tesco BBQ for the last five summers or so. But this year, I decided to get myself a couple of Weber's and try doing this properly!
I'm trying to tackle pork ribs at the moment, so expect to see me in the low'n'slow section for a while!
