I'll be up in Lincoln later this month, and was wondering if anybody had tried out Ribs n Bibs there?

Hello,

I have been there twice and whilst I enjoyed the meal both times it wont live up to home cooked BBQ if you are into low and slow like pork and ribs etc. I think it's a good crack at BBQ but they have to mass cater and so the smoke taste is minimal and the ribs were a little dry. Wings were very good and they have some cracking sauces to try too.

Ok. I'll have to give it a go then, if only for the sauces! Thanks for the reply.

No worries. If they haven't got it out on the tables and you have a sweet tooth, ask for a sample of their Cherry sauce. I was lucky enough to get an early sample bottle from them and have used it on ribs as few times and love it. Actual lumps of cherry in it which is great.

And also save room for dessert. Their peanut butter and jam ice cream is very good and locally made too.

Read the reviews on Trip Advisor. I gave them one star as well. Terrible food if you know anything about meat and American cooking. Very expensive for what it is. We live just down the road but will never go again.
