Budding BBQ'er

Morning all,

Well, I say it's morning when it's afternoon but when you're trying to cook something for four or five hours time seems to blend together, doesn't it? :)

I'm Wayne, and like many people in the UK I've been cremating food on a cheap £20 tesco BBQ for the last five summers or so. But this year, I decided to get myself a couple of Weber's and try doing this properly!

I'm trying to tackle pork ribs at the moment, so expect to see me in the low'n'slow section for a while!

Welcome Bodgeups. I think that you will be pleased with the results from the Webers. Let us know how you get on.

Cheers Wade. I forgot to mention in my opening post that I also have a Smokey Joe, and I'm trying to decide if it's worth buying a Smokey Mountain as well. The SJ is very good for portable grilling on the go... chicken, sausages, burgers, even the odd bit of rib-eye all work very nicely in a pinch :)
