Hello friends!
Just got a Pro Q frontier elite, and am hungry. Looking forward to a winter of practice (and glutony) before summer comes round again. Been talking to a chap in Texas about some tips, but struggling to find the right cuts here in the uk. Anyway, excited.

I wouldn't be too hung up about not being able to get USDA etc over here - you'll get delicious results with the meat over here!
