New guy seeking advice
Hello everyone, I am a newbie to this group..)) However, I know quite a lot about BBQ wood species. I am currently writing a book about BBQ wood Species and their influence on BBQ as a lifestyle, sport, or hobby. My residual knowledge is not enough to describe the beauty of BBQ wood. As such, I will love to include yours, so that we can all share and learn. I am glad to be here, As I have been told, there is a fountain of BBQ knowledge flowing here, and I will like to take a sip. I am a BBQ lover to the core, which is why I am very curious about what BBQ tricks and turns can make a break the taste of a good BBQ recipe. I will love to learn from you all. Anything from wood to rubs, smoking techniques, and much more. Thank you for sharing your knowledge in advance.
