Hello from Lancashire
Hi there mods admin and fellow members!!
Suppose you are wondering why I have requested to join, well I have always loved BBQ'd food and spend most of the summer BBQ'ing. However I have spent most of my time BBQ'ing burgers, sausages chicken, until last summer. When I started cooking real pieces of meat, steaks pork etc.
This year I wish to take my BBQ'ing to a whole new level so we purchased a 57cm Weber One Touch Premium in black (The FPO said not to the lime green one).
We tried it out on Friday by roasting a chicken, which was OK.
So my goal, and by the help of this forum I wish to be a BBQ wizard by the end of the year.

Welcome to the world of low and slow. If you can go, I recomend the pit masters class. Well worth the money.

Where can I find details on this course, as I have just looked on the Pit Masters website and it just says "coming soon"
