Hi guys and gals, first time poster and have to say what a wealth of information on these forums.
Have been a keen bbq'er for years and have decided to delve into the unknown by getting my first smoker, a Proq Ranger Elite to be exact. Hopefully it will be a successful journey but understand that there is a lot to learn through trials and errors. From Harlow in Essex by the way :D

Cheers fella!
Picked up my smoker yesterday and going to season it hopefully this weekend. Can anybody point me in the direction as to the best way to do this? Do I oil the insides first etc....
