Hi all. Just bought my first Charcoal bbq. Weber one touch premium, had mixed results over the weekend. Tried lumpwood the briskets they seemed better. I just don't know the vent setting were they should be so any help would be great. Food was fantastic on it much better than my old gas bbq.
So it's a hi again from looking forward to getting my bbq in right track with your help.

I personally tend to prefer briquettes but only because it's what I've had most practice with. I really like Heat Beads.
