Hi, Just thought I would introduce myself
My name is Brian & I live in West Sussex.
I have been grilling for years with charcoal, Never tried Gas & don't think I ever would.
The grill in my garden is made out of an old patio (Yes you did read it correctly) for £4 which was for the sand & cement & some racks from an old Grill.
Yesterday I collected Reverse Flow Smoker from Essex (70+ Miles away) & seasoned it for 8 hours.
Temp difference was 15°C across the smoking chamber showing on the door mounted Therm's
Going to let it rest today & then the 1st smoke tomorrow.
Hopefully it should turn out ok & I will try to get a pic of the old grill & the new beast on here.
Shopping today for meat & other goodies......

Hi Brian, sounds like quite an upgrade!
Was the RF from BBQ Mates?
