Hi my names Ken I live in Normanby near Middlesbrough and have owned a number of BBQ/smokers over the years and are presently using a Visions Kamado egg. I've obtained the majority of my information relating to using/modifying BBQ/smokers from US forums over the years and I'm very happy to see the hobby taking off in the UK. I have a Pastrami joint in the Kamado as I'm typing this intro and hopefully will be up at 04:00 to catch some Mackerel from a local spot to smoke tomorrow morning for breakfast
