Hi,
New to the forum and new to smoking (started this week) so loads to learn. Been bbqing for a while but trying to learn more and be more creative. Enjoying it all so far.
Using an oldish Leisuregrow gas bbq at the moment but hoping to upgrade later in the year. Also planning on getting a smoker, or maybe try making my own UDS.
