Hello from smoggy land

Hey guys.
My names Craig and I'm 26 from near Middlesbrough.
Only been barbecuing a short while, my passion for it started in Crete a couple of years ago, seeing huge barbecues searing skewers of souvlaki and then tasting the results made me want to try it.
Ended up with a generic branded oval kettle barbecue, which has served me massively well normally only cook for myself or other half, today did my first major cook for five people, with a very eager six year old niece as helper (all propper supervised I might add).

So yeah, barbecuing is one of my passions and one I hope to carry on for a long while yet.
