Hi all,

Just ordered my first grown up smoker and looking forward to some outdoor cooking in 2016.

I love to cook and will have a bash at anything that looks tasty and nutritious. I work in London and spend every spare moment looking for my next foodie find. Love the street food markets and craft beer. I'm also an amateur bread baker (constantly on the lookout for the perfect BBQ bun recipe).

I'm probably slightly overweight.

Have you tried Roosterbrood? Plenty of recipes out there and you can experiment adding different herbs etc too. Here is a decent recipe I found with a quick search
