Hello From W.Yorks

Post by guinnessmouse »

Hello,

New to the forum, not new to BBQ'ing though.

Looking to up my game this year so I'll be asking for advice on what to buy.

Had various low end kettles and a 3 burner gas for the last 8 years.

Looking forward to hearing opinions and learning more, cheers.

I guess that would depend on the type of BBQ'ing you want to do and your budget. I swear by Weber stuff for low and slow and hot and fast, but if money was no object I'd go for Kamado of some nature.

I am anti gas I have to say as I don't see the difference between that and using the oven...but that is just my personal viewpoint.

Enjoy
