Hi Kiska, thanks for the welcome. Not allowed to pm yet. Anyway, I've just got myself a Proq Excel and a maverick 732 and am itching to get started. I'll have to get some smoking practice in as I have a bbq party to do at my home next month. :D :| Should hopefully be sorted by then (once i find a brisket supplier) :?:
