stumbled across this fantastic forum and thought to say hi.

BBQ enthusiast here, always looking for adventurous ideas for BBQ weekends - most of my friends are of the burnt burgers and sausages school of thought.

There are sections and enthusiasts on here for all types of live fire cooking (including gas, & electric). Nothing wrong with a properly cooked sausage or burger either
