Hello!
Hey! Just joined, at the moment I have a bog standard grill and a pretty rubbish smoker. I am in the process of making my first Ugly Drum! All very excited, I have the drum and most bits but still haven't started the process. Don't want to make the first cut til I am sure!

Chuckie try searching for UDS on here or PM'ing Cyderpig (Simon Dyer) and I believe Strechie posted a good guide to UDS heaven. Also loads on the web about building one.
