Just finished reading Aaron Franklins new book (called "Franklin Barbecue, a meat smoking manifesto'). Great read, probably the best book on barbecue I've got, and I seem to own an awful lot of them!

Im buying it now. hopefully it will give me a few good tips on how to use my offset smoker that im building.
