The steps to a great brisket???

Post by Nelly789 »

Hello all, hopefully somebody on here can provide me with some knowledge. I have been BBQ'ing for some time now on direct heat set ups and feel I have done that to death so last year I purchased my first offset smoker. Due to work and life etc etc it didn't really see the light of day last year and only came out a couple of times for me to get used to holding temps, setting up the vents etc. this years plan to get my money's worth and really fancy doing some brisket and maybe some good pulled pork, to this end does anybody have any recipes they are willing to surrender to a keen to learn novice, I must ad that it will have to be a noddy guide as the offset game is all new to me.

Thanks in advance.
