Hi I'm Phil from Ashington in Northumberland. I've been grilling and smoking for about ten years now and have collected various grills & smokers the newest the wife got me for my birthday last week XL BGE. I only ever use charcoal & wood for my grills and I prefer low & slow to grilling, too lazy for all that flipping etc.
Any way I look forward to hear from you all.
Got two birds on the egg at the moment I'll try to get some pics.
