hi really happy to of found your site. never joined a forum online before so bare with me if I make a few mistakes. I am into smoking both hot and cold. using a peetz smoker for both hot and cold smoking [using the proq smoke generator. so far managed brisket pork butt chicken ribs, cold smoked garlic cheese smoked salmon. in the uk by the way. anyway am looking to upgrade my smoker, is there anywhere in the uk that American smokers, really finding it hard to find anything. look the look of the backwoods range. if I can be of any help to anyone please feel free to get in touch
