Any UK BBQ courses?

Hello

My wife and I intend to set up a BBQ business and although we both have some domestic BBQ experience we would, however, like to learn how to do it professionally. I know there is the Grill Academy in Oxford (they are moving to London after Sept 14)- does anyone know of any other BBQ course providers in the UK?

Not BBQ per se but www.Smokeyjos.co.uk do a smoking course which could be a very useful string to your bow.
