Hello all

Just found British bbq society. How exciting. I am a BBQ mad chap. I also love smoking joints. I have been a proud owner of a Char Grill Smoker that I imported from the States 8 yrs ago!!!! I got hooked after visiting a friend in California. My problem has been getting good chunky beef cuts and smoking wood chunks. I am based in Northants County.
