I went for a standard unit with a cover & a heat diverter, the reason for this is that i can get things like a stand made in the UK for a lot less and also customised for my needs. Wheels are standard one you can buy and bolt in yourself for a lot less. Also there is a way to make a diy auto water system which i've got 90% of the parts and cost me £6 so far instead of the £500 additional option that it is from Backwoods.
I've only done one long burn with it so far but i found with the Big K charcoal i managed to get 24hrs cooking at 250f which i was really impressed with, seeing how on their site they say about an 8hr burn time off a full load. And this was done without using a forced draft system so i would expect it to run even longer when i get my stoker attached to it.
